Biography

Focus on complex cross-border transactions in the fields of public and private M&A, private equity and capital markets. Anders Carlberg is known for demanding high-profile transactions. He regularly represents private equity houses and financial institutions and is a trusted strategic speaking partner to many of Dittmar & Indrenius’ long-lasting clients. He was elected Dittmar & Indrenius’ Managing Partner in 2015. Prior to that Anders Carlberg was Head of M&A & Private Equity 2008-2014.
