Siobhan Fahey

Biography

Siobhan Fahey is a civil/structural engineer and lawyer who works full time as an Arbitrator, Dispute Board member, Adjudicator, Conciliator, and Mediator - in Ireland, the UK, Europe, the Middle East and the Far East. She is a Chartered Arbitrator, a FIDIC President’s List Adjudicator, a FIDIC Accredited International Trainer, and a Chartered Institute of Arbitrators accredited mediator and adjudicator. Siobhan is a member of the FIDIC Contracts Committee and the Principal Drafter of the FIDIC 2017 contracts. She was a member of ICC’s ‘expert panel’ for revision of the Dispute Board Rules in 2015. Siobhan frequently disseminates her expertise by presenting at conferences run by FIDIC, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the ICC.
