Biography

Szymon Kubiak, PhD, LL.M. (Harvard) is a legal adviser and partner in the Employment Law Practice Group and Data Privacy Practice Group. He has long-term experience in employment restructuring that covers, for example, outsourcing and group dismissals in complex and cross-border employee transfers (including enterprise transfers or parts thereof), and provides ongoing counsel on atypical/flexible forms of employment and employment of temporary workers. He also supervises key marketing and business development activities at the firm. He is a ERF Liaison Officer in the Law Firm Management Committee of the IBA, a Newsletter Officer in the Employment and Industrial Relations Law Committee, as well as a member of the ABA and the EELA.
