Eric Boucher
Biography
Eric Boucher is Vice-president Legal Affairs at GardaWorld. As such, Mr. Boucher is responsible of all legal matters related to GardaWorld’s operations in Canada. With more than 62000 employees serving clients in North America, Africa and the Middle East, GardaWorld is the world’s largest privately-owned security services company. Mr. Boucher has developed an expertise in labor and employment law and also in commercial litigation. He was involved in many high profiles and mediated legal cases. Also, he has been invited by the Bar and by some large legal firms as a guest speaker. Mr. Boucher is a graduate of the Faculty of law of Université de Montréal and a member of the Quebec Bar since 1991.
