Biography

Karen Weaver is a healthcare attorney focused on regulatory agency matters. She was a partner at two international law firms, managed her own firm, and has been employed at mid-cap and large multi-national corporations as an in-house regulatory attorney. She supports commercial transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, negotiates with national and international regulatory bodies, and oversees corporate compliance efforts. By educational background, Karen holds pharmacy, law and masters in business degrees, and she is honored to participate in today’s conference.
