Ignacio J Randle
Biography
Ignacio J. Randle obtained his law degree from the Universidad Católica Argentina in 1986 and graduated as an LL.M. from the University of Chicago Law School in 1990. Previously, in 1989, he was awarded the Perez Companc Foundation Scholarship for Law and Economics. Mr. Randle was a partner with important Argentine law firms. He also practiced as foreign attorney with BakerBotts’ Houston and Washington, DC offices and with McDermott, Will & Emery in Chicago. Mr. Randle’s practice focuses primarily on international business transactions, with emphasis in natural resources, energy, infrastructure and environmental projects. He represents domestic and foreign companies doing business in Latin America, as well as Argentine companies pursuing business opportunities abroad. Mr. Randle is a frequent speaker and organizer at domestic and international conferences on foreign investments, natural resources and sustainable development. He has published extensively in different countries and lectured at the Law School and the Business School in Buenos Aires, as well as in other fora in Argentina and abroad. He served as professor at the Universidad Católica Argentina, the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and the Universidad del CEMA.
