Working in the capital markets and banking & finance areas since 1996, Alexei has broad expertise in public offerings, international issues, structured finance, project finance, securitization, syndicated loans, green finance, social impact investing, investment funds, private equity, venture capital, financial compliance, financial enforcement, derivatives, fintechs, regulation of financial institutions and securities regulation. Recognized in relevant international legal guides such as Chambers Latin America, Chambers Global, The Legal 500, Latin Lawyer 250, Who’s Who Legal, Expert Guides - Rising Stars (Capital Markets), IFLR - Rising Star (Banking and Private Equity).
