Biography

Sui-Jim Ho’s practice focuses on cross-border finance, restructuring, capital markets, and general corporate matters. He has experience representing both borrowers and creditors on a broad range of international finance and restructuring matters and has extensive experience in many cross-border transactions, in particular in the emerging markets. Notably, he is a trusted advisor of many sovereigns, supranational organisations and state-owned entities. He is an acknowledged “sovereign debt expert” (Legal 500) and has received various accolades from the Financial Times, the British Legal Awards and IFLR 1000.
