Biography

Szymon Kubiak, PhD, LL.M. (Harvard) is a legal adviser and partner in the Employment Law Practice Group. He has long-term experience in employment restructuring that covers, for example, outsourcing and group dismissals in complex and cross-border employee transfers (including enterprise transfers or parts thereof), and provides ongoing counsel on atypical/flexible forms of employment and the employment of temporary workers. He is also responsible for the supervision of key marketing and business development activities at the firm. He is a European Regional Forum Liaison Officer in the Law Firm Management Committee of the IBA, as well as a member of the American Bar Association and the European Employment Lawyers Association.
