Biography

Prof. Dr. Björn Gaul is Partner at CMS Hasche Sigle in Germany. His extensive experience includes advising multinationals in connection with corporate restructuring, outsourcing of business areas, personnel adjustment measures and the implementation or adjustment of compliance systems. This includes advice on corporate codetermination, dealings with European works councils and negotiations with trade unions and works councils. Björn Gaul is one of the 'Leading Partners in Employment Law' (JUVE) and 'most highly regarded practitioner' (JUVE 2015) in Germany. Legal 500 quotes him as 'outstanding in all regards'.
