Biography

Robert Schwinger is a partner in the Commercial Litigation group at Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP in New York. He also serves as assistant general counsel to the firm. He is an experienced litigator who has taken over twenty cases to trial, including eleven trials in federal courts, eight in New York state courts and two arbitrations. Bob focuses his practice on complex, high stakes business disputes for U.S. and international clients in matters involving media and technology, private civil antitrust, financial fraud, securities and intellectual property. He also advises clients on risk issues surrounding financial technology and authors the “Blockchain Law” column for the New York Law Journal.
