Biography

Krista graduated as Doctor of Laws at the University of Malta in November 2013 and has obtained her ACCA qualification in December 2015. Krista is actively involved in corporate restructuring and M&A, and her main practice areas are commercial and corporate law, and employment law. Krista is a senior associate with David Zahra & Associates Advocates. Krista lectures on business and corporate law, as well as employment law. Krista is a member of the Malta Chamber of Advocates, the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners, the Malta Institute of Accountants, the International Association of Young Lawyers, as well as the International Bar Association.
