Biography

Carina Vang Kristoffersen has extensive experience in all aspects of national and cross-boarder M&A deals and investments, including in relation to deal- and investment structuring, due diligence, drafting and negotiation of transactional documentation. Further, she advises on the investment and ownership governance side of large infrastructure projects, and more generally on shareholder regulation, joint ventures and matters relating to conflicts between shareholders. Carina also advises a large range of corporate, private equity and public clients on a variety of corporate and contractual law matters.
