Thom Erik Borgen is a partner with Simonsen Vogt Wiig, one of the largest law firms in Norway, and is a highly experienced business lawyer within Corporate Law, Private M&A and Technology. Mr. Borgen has extensive experience from the private equity and venture capital markets, nationally and internationally, and has previously been partner in an Oslo based Technology focused Investment Company. He has operational experience from developing Start-Up companies to become listed companies within the sectors of Technology, Oil Services and E&P Oil companies. He has extensive experience from negotiations and strategic advisory in the deal making process and. He is a member of the board of director in numerous companies.
