Biography

Thomas Kulnigg is a partner with Schoenherr, where he specializes in technology & digitalization matters, with a focus on M&A, venture capital and startups. Thomas frequently acts for venture capital investors, start-ups and other clients in particular in the TMT industry, private equity-sector and financial services industry, advising them on their inbound and outbound investments in Austria and CEE.
