Luís Geraldes

Biography

Luís is a senior associate at Morais Leitão, where he heads Team Genesis, working daily alongside emerging companies (notably, tech and life sciences) and investors. The advice provided covers the full life cycle: fundraising, scaling and exits. Luis also worked in the M&A and corporate finance department of Skadden, Arps (London office) as an International Associate (secondment). Due to his work at Team Genesis, Luís was shortlisted for “Young Legal Innovator of the Year” in the 2016 “Financial Times European Innovative Lawyer Awards.
