Biography

Luis Enrique Palacios specializes in mergers & acquisitions, project finance and corporate finances. He has extensive experience advising buyers, sellers, targets, financial advisors, financiers and others on mergers and acquisitions and has represented financial institutions and sponsors in the development and financing of projects and concessions in the energy, infrastructure, telecommunications and mining industry, among others. Luis Enrique was included among the 20 leading Peruvian attorneys under 40 by the international publication Latin Lawyer, and is considered a leading attorney in Peru by international publications such as Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, Who’s Who Legal and International Financial Law Review. He worked for several years at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP in New York and Los Angeles.
