Biography

Geir Gustavsson advises on a broad range of shipping and offshore matters including in particular international shipbuilding projects and project finance, as well as giving hands-on advice to our ship-owner and oil services clients. He has also written an extensive number of articles related to his field of expertise. Gustavsson acts for shipowners and yards in litigations and also accepts appointments as arbitrator in shipping and corporate matters. Gustavsson was also chairman of the Norwegian Bar Association's law committee for transportation, including sea-, air- and other transportation law and marine insurance until the end of 2018.
