Biography

Norman Hansen Meyer (M.jur.) advises clients in the shipping and offshore industries and provides assistance in contract negotiations, sale & purchase of vessels and with dispute resolution. Mr. Meyer has extensive experience in preparing and negotiating a variety of shipping and offshore contracts including charter parties, shipbuilding contracts, drilling contracts, management agreements and other forms of service, operate and lease agreements. In addition he advices on various types of engineering, procurement, construction and installation contracts. Mr. Meyer has a masters degree in law from the University of Oslo as well as an MJUR (LLM) from the University of Oxford, UK.
