Biography

Thomas Schulz is a partner and head of Noerr LLP’s London office. He deals with many, mostly cross-border, M&A transactions for strategic and financial sponsors. He heads teams dealing with international sales and acquisitions and specialises in the structuring of private equity transactions, in particular, their financing. Thomas is a member of the supervisory board of CRX Markets AG and Chair of the supervisory board of VR Bank Starnberg-Herrsching-Landsberg eG. He is also Co-Chair of the Lex Mundi Cross-Border Transaction Practice Group (www.lexmundi.com). He is recommended as leading expert for M&A, corporate, private equity and corporate governance by Who's Who Legal Germany, Best Lawyers Germany, Chambers Global and JUVE.
