Biography

Andrew Lilley is UK Head of Employment Law at Deloitte Legal. Andrew moved to Deloitte from Travers Smith LLP where he served two terms as the firm’s Managing Partner and headed its Employment Law department. Andrew began his career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. In his client-facing career over 30 years, Andrew has advised a wide range of UK and international public and private sector employers including professional services partnerships. His expertise covers all aspects of employment law and employee relations including large scale employee reorganisations and redundancy programmes, collective bargaining and industrial disputes, trade union and employee collective consultation, Employment Tribunal/High Court claims, mediation, M&A transactions, joint ventures and internal corporate restructuring. Andrew is also a mentor and member of the Advisory Board at Rare Recruitment.
