When entering your search dates, please remember that a search starting on Saturday 28th October may show "no accommodation" whereas a search starting on Sunday 29th October may show that space is available in the selected hotels.
If you require an earlier arrival, it may be necessary to book those nights prior to 29 October direct with the hotel and book the nights from 29 October with us to get the IBA preferential rates. You can provide us with your booking reference for any nights booked direct with the hotel and we will include this on your booking so that the reservations are connected in the hotel’s system.
The IBA has reserved a limited number of bedrooms at the hotels listed below. Rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast, VAT and Wi-fi, exclusive of city tax (€3.75 for 5 star hotels and €2.88 for 4 star hotels, per person, per night).
To avail of these special rates click the reserve button on the hotel you wish to book. Your booking will then be made through Judy Lane ICS Ltd (JLICS), the only official hotel booking agency partnering with IBA for the Paris Conference.
