 risdictions\, the compulsory retirement age is challenged in court\, som
 e others try to impose mechanisms ensuring ‘relay between generations’ a
 nd additional pension support to allow access to employment to younger g
 enerations\, others generally prohibit a default retirement age\, and em
 ployers’ organisations struggle in finding the way and sometimes try to 
 implement their own retirement policies.
