  slowly encroaching into the employment sphere\, even among large and mu
 ltinational corporations. On the one hand\, it has created the opportuni
 ty for otherwise unemployable persons to be employed. On the other\, it 
 raises many concerns – multiple employers\, avoidance of compliance\, la
 ck of protection for the workers and uncertainty - especially because mo
 st employee rights and protection have been designed and built around st
 andard employment terms. It is not unusual for both parties to be unclea
 r on the exact nature of the relationship or status of the individual pr
 oviding the services. Can we get it right?
