 ct in each panellist’s jurisdiction\, and statutory or general legal pro
 visions\, if any\, dealing with ‘exemption clauses’ restricting liabilit
 y and quantum of damages. Panellists will consider the legality of such 
 restrictions and the types of contract in which it is not permissible to
  restrict liability and quantum.
