SUMMARY:Changes in national law and their role for promoting alternative 
 dispute resolution (ADR)
DESCRIPTION:This session focuses on recent changes in the framework for A
 DR in different jurisdictions. By bringing to the table for discussion h
 ow venues are becoming more attractive to parties\, and what shifts are 
 being made in the public and private sectors\, this session aims to prov
 ide informed opinions on which jurisdictions could be emerging in the AD
 R-scene in the next few years. Topics such as legislative reform of nati
 onal acts\, governmental initiatives\, support from judicial systems\, a
 nd the creation of private institutions\, among others\, shall be discus
 sed. In addition\, experienced practitioners shall provide their insight
  on the ADR scheme of alternative jurisdictions.
