  and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that often don’t seek legal service
 s until it is too late. They too are subject to national\, regional and 
 even international corporate governance regulations\, and they are often
  unaware of the importance of international regulations\, for example th
 e United Kingdom Bribery Act\, and United States Foreign and Corrupt Pra
 ctices Act\, and their implications for African business\, supporting bo
 ards and so on\, which will be discussed in this session.
