DESCRIPTION:This session will examine anti-bribery compliance from a corp
 orate governance perspective by analysing the boards' role in establishi
 ng strong and effective compliance programmes. The session will also cov
 er how boards deal with allegations of bribery in the context of the com
 pany’s business operations. Part of the discussion will address potentia
 l personal liability for individual directors or other members of corpor
