 tify the data that will be processed or\ntransferred and to recognise th
 e legal or contractual reasons for\nthe processing or transfer. The conc
 epts of data controller and\ndata processor will be analysed in the cont
 ext of an environment\nwhere a cascade of delegation of functions has be
 come\ncustomary\, if not the norm. The means of notification and\ndisclo
 sure of information on the processing in fund documentation\nor otherwis
 e will also be discussed.
