 n various countries working simultaneously. Well conducted due diligence
  processes tend to bring clarity to parties involved in transactions\, t
 hereby mitigating the risk of litigation post-closing emerging between b
 uyers and sellers and contributing to successful post-closing integratio
 n of targets into acquirers. Join members of the ongoing IBA Legal Due D
 iligence Special Project to discuss topics such as advising buyers vs. s
 ellers\, coordinating due diligence processes in multiple jurisdictions\
 , human rights and social due diligence\, avoiding inappropriate informa
 tion flows\, managing and motivating due diligence teams\, using artific
 ial intelligence\, and complying with international sanctions. The panel
  will also identify key principles and useful methodologies for other st
 akeholders who undertake due diligence outside a classic M&amp\;A scenar
