SUMMARY:Agile software projects: lessons learnt\, dos and don’ts
DESCRIPTION:The agile approach has become the market standard for softwar
 e development projects. The agile approach is a fascinating methodology 
 which has shown in practice that it yields better results than classical
  software development which works with pre-defined specifications and a 
 final acceptance after completion of the project. In this session we wil
 l demonstrate how agile projects work and explain the relevant terminolo
 gy (user story points\, scrum master\, sprints\, timelines etc.). On thi
 s basis\, the participants will be able to take away the essentials of d
 rafting agile software development contracts. It will be discussed how t
 he freedom of the sprint team can be aligned (if at all) with clear lega
 l responsibilities and the commitment of the supplier to actually delive
 r a result which fulfills the requirements of the customer.
