 ral submissions and exchange documents. This is likely to continue\, at 
 least to some extent in most jurisdictions.\nConcerns have been raised t
 hat the rights of vulnerable social groups and those who for one reason 
 or another do not have access to technology are or will be denied access
  to justice\, equality before the law and due process.\n• When are those
  concerns justified ?\n• How can they be overcome?\n• What are the ethic
 al challenges for lawyers in safeguarding the rights of their clients\, 
 witnesses and the common good?
