 ase. This panel will discuss how (or if) the intellectual property orcom
 petition laws of different countries helped the innovation of new medica
 l technologies related to Covid-19 and recentdiscussions and examples ar
 ound business rationales\, voluntary/compulsory licensing\, antitrust an
