 s that the ESG movement is or is expected to impact the corporate tax de
 partment\, whether in the form of aligning tax strategy and risk managem
 ent future investments with particular ESG elements such as a corporatio
 n’s sustainability strategy\, transparency strategy\, and overall tax in
 tegrity\, environmental and social contribution.
