 nt is threatened with imminent insolvency what restructuring steps can b
 e taken to preserve the value of the development and ensure its completi
 on?\n• Once a developer\, landlord or tenant enters into an insolvency p
 rocess what rights do counterparties to the agreement and other creditor
 s have and how are these enforced?
