DESCRIPTION:Andriy Kostin was appointed Prosecutor General on 28 July 202
 2 and has been a member of the National Security and Defense Council sin
 ce 4 August 2022. He has an extensive legal career with over 20 years of
  experience. Since 2000 he has been a member of the International Bar As
 sociation and\, between 2013-2015 a member of its governing body—the IBA
  Council.\n\nIn 2019\, he was elected to the Ukrainian Parliament\, wher
 e he chaired the Legal Policy Committee for 2 years. He also represented
  Ukraine in the negotiations with the Russian Federation held within the
  framework of the Trilateral Contact Group.\n\nFrom his first days as th
 e Prosecutor General\, Mr. Kostin placed a strong emphasis on investigat
 ing and prosecuting Russia's war crimes and implementing human-centered 
 approaches in the criminal justice system.\n\nConcurrently\, he consiste
 ntly concentrated on combating corruption and organized crime\, upholdin
 g the integrity and independence of prosecutors as a foundation of an ef
 ficient prosecution service based on the principles of the rule of law a
 nd the inviolability of human rights.\n\nLiev Schreiber is an actor\, di
 rector\, and writer. He is a co-founder of BlueCheck and inspired the in
 itial ideas that helped bring the initiative to life. Of Ukrainian herit
 age\, Liev has supported cross-cultural ties through his work\, in parti
 cular his directorial debut “Everything is Illuminated\,” which follows 
 a young American Jewish man to western Ukraine to find the woman who sav
 ed his grandfather during the Holocaust.\n
