DESCRIPTION:In March 2023\, the European Commission (the ‘Commission) pub
 lished a Communication and Annex amending its 2008 guidance on enforceme
 nt priorities concerning exclusionary abuses. This came in conjunction w
 ith a call for evidence to seek feedback on the proposed introduction by
  the Commission of guidelines on exclusionary abuses of dominance. The C
 ommission is seeking to adopt their new guidelines by the end of 2025. T
 his panel will explore the concepts contained in the draft guidelines wi
 th a view to determining how they fit with the approach agencies around 
 the world are taking towards enforcing against misuse of market power.\n
