  lawyers to share their\nexperiences. Part of the session will be in a t
 hought-provoking\nmock-trial format\, designed to be exciting and intere
 sting for\nyoung and seasoned lawyers alike.\nNew techniques for trial p
 rocedures adopted after the pandemic\nconsequent to online witness exami
 nation will be considered.\nAutomated transcription and the dangers of a
  ‘recording in\nprogress’ will also be touched upon. This session will e
