DESCRIPTION:This panel will discuss Environmental\, Social\, and Governan
 ce (ESG)disputes and the role that the burden of proof plays in these di
 sputes.\n\nThe IBA Litigation Committee have organised two sessions with
  the IBA Arbitration Committee to be held offsite on Tuesday 4 November.
