 ses in common law and civil law jurisdictions. Topics covered will inclu
 de selection and appointment of experts\, rules on admissibility and imp
 artiality\, and common challenges in dealing with expert evidence under 
 the common law and civil law regimes with insights on how to address the
 m. This panel aims to offer valuable insights into the evolving role of 
 experts in modern legal proceedings\, providing a platform for reflectio
 n on how to best integrate specialised knowledge in dispute resolution w
 hile maintaining legal and procedural integrity.\n\nThe IBA Litigation C
 ommittee have organised two sessions with the IBA Arbitration Committee 
 to be held offsite on Tuesday 4 November. The full programme details are
