  the CSRD and CS3D—impact companies in Mexico\, Colombia\, Chile\, and t
 he wider region. With contributions from Legance as a European reference
  point\, the study explores the readiness of Latin American companies to
  meet these evolving standards and how voluntary reporting has positione
 d them for EU market continuity. Key insights will highlight the critica
