DESCRIPTION:This session will discuss a variety of satellite business-rel
 ated topics. These will include legal and regulatory issues regarding ‘O
 ld Space’ applications - such as telecommunications and broadcasting sat
 ellites - and small satellite constellations\, as they are being positio
 ned in space by private companies\, including Starlink and OneWeb. Furth
 er\, this session will also discuss the regulatory framework for licensi
 ng and bringing satellites into use\, and the legal and technical challe
 nges of space debris removal\, given that the number of objects in space
  already pose multiple risks.
