 d War. Given the magnitude of the disaster that has befallen us\, pandem
 ics must be treated as the major national security challenges that they 
 are.\n\nCovid-19 has exposed numerous tragic failures in key legal polic
 y areas and certainly has exposed the limits of current multilateralism 
 and pertinent legal regimes.\n\nThe IBA is ideally situated to lead and 
 inspire a constructive and vital assessment of Covid-19's impact in key 
 legal policy areas and propose approaches to potential reformswhich will
  be reported and discussed during this session.\n\nAll sessions are bein
 g recorded\, unless otherwise stated.\n
