  is a unique electronic platform serving primarily\, but not only for ap
 pointment of public defence cases to the members of the Moscow Bar. Impl
 ementing this system has put an end to a long-standing problem of bypass
 ing the standard procedure by lawyers executing orders of investigative 
 authorities.\n\nBy sharing and organising information online\, courts\, 
 investigation authorities\, the bar association and lawyers themselves c
 an provide more quality for less time and ensure fairness in assigning p
 ublic defence cases.\n\nBeing the only bar association in Russia and the
  Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) with such an experience\, in t
 his session we would like to share it and discuss sensitive disciplinary
  matters connected with implementing modern technologies in everyday lif
 e of lawyers\, including the role of bar associations in making the case
  for change.\nAll sessions are being recorded\, unless otherwise stated.
