(Lead)
Description
The session will explore the situation concerning the four countries mentioned, with speakers who have first-hand knowledge on the history and development of rule of law in their countries. However, greater challenge will stem from analysing what went wrong and how can it be repaired. For this purpose, we will have speakers who are experienced in assessing rule of law and giving advice on how to get rule of law back on track when the political climate is not in favour of a strong judiciary.
