Innovation and technological advances are two of the most crucial trends driving change in the legal sector – they are central to law firms staying relevant, growing, and remaining competitive in an evolving industry. They are also central to delivering better client service. Bringing about change in a law firm is no easy task. This session will discuss practical tools for implementing change and outline some first-hand experiences of executing change in ‘similar’ organisations in today’s constantly evolving environment.
