Description
Although the principal challenges in M&A are the same all over the world, deal terms vary considerably from one continent to the other. Even countries on the same continent show substantial variations. Is one solution ‘fantastic’ and the other a ‘total disaster’? The panel will identify the most prominent of those areas and discuss different approaches to everyday transactional issues, and how to bridge the cross-border deal term gap.
