Description
Lawyers are in the professional service business serving clients. Several other types of professional service providers, including accountants and management consultants are serving those same clients. Clients often comment that these other professional service providers are doing things better than lawyers or asking why lawyers cannot do it ‘that way’. Are lawyers asking questions and listening to what other professional service providers are doing successfully with clients? This session will ask and listen.
