Description

The panel will discuss recent changes in the arbitration and litigation environment due to current events such as Covid-19, the war in Ukraine, and the impact of these changes on how we practice, what we practice and the mental health of lawyers. There has been substantial change in the use of technology in hearings, issues of disputes and the interest in our wellbeing. We will also discuss how these changes have influenced equal representation of women.
