Description

What we learned from the pandemic: a view from Corporate Counsel General Counsel will reflect on their experience with, and corporate lessons learnt from, Covid-19, including making rapid decisions, strategic pivots and operational changes under stress and uncertainty. The panel of experts will highlight some of the key lessons in the following three main categories: corporate decision-making and leadership, risk management, and managing a remote team, in order to help general counsels navigate what will be a persistent disruption of the years ahead.
